When moving to a new location, it is so difficult to get a true assessment of home values in the new area. I have designed this page to not only provide information about the various communities in the West St. Louis county area, but to provide a history of home sales activity for the past 5 years. This will help you get a better grasp on the real estate market and home values within our market area. The statistical information is from MARIS (Mid America Regional Information System) -- our MLS.
Our property searches can be completed in many different ways. Our primary search is completed by School District and then broken down by the high schools within the school district. Some districts have just one high school while some of the larger districts have as many as 4 high schools. You can complete your own MLS HOME SEARCH or REGISTER for a customized home search.
Should you have questions about any of our communities or housing values within those communities, please don't hesitate to contact me.
