Average Sales Price

If thinking of selling, it is so important to price right and get your home in the best condition possible. CLEAN , CLEAN ,  CLEAN and DECLUTTER !  Remove wallpaper, paint and replace carpet if needed.  You will see a return on your investment.

If thinking of buying and you want a deal, look at the home that have been sitting on the market for awhile.  Homes new on the market that are priced well and are in excellent condition will sell quickly and for at or close to list price.  Those homes that need some work and are not priced well and are sitting on the market will be your buy.

When both buyers and agents see days on the market that are atypical, their first reaction is "What Is Wrong With the Property?".
