How MLS/search works
Your search criteria are stored in our MLS/search database when you sign up. New listings matching your criteria automatically will be e-mailed to you every day as they come on the market! This includes a picture of the property if one has been posted. If the information concerning a property that has already been emailed to you changes, this updated information also will be emailed to you. When you find a listing that you would like to take a closer look at, I would be pleased if you contacted me to set up the showing appointment for you.

The advantages of MLS/search to you
Searching for the right home or the right piece of vacant land can be a time-consuming and tedious process. MLS/search allows me to do the searching for you. The benefits to you are four-fold:
- The searching is done automatically for you thereby saving you your time,
- You are notified of all listings meeting your criteria within 24 hours of them being posted as new or updated, e.g., a reduction in price,
- At any time you can email me to change your search criteria and it is done immediately and
- With listings in hand, you can explore towns and neighborhoods on your own to get a feel for the areas in which you would like to live.

Research studies have shown that potential homebuyers spend an average of five months from the time they start "thinking" about buying until the time they actually do so. With this in mind, I encourage my potential homebuyers to use MLS/search for as long as they desire. I respect your privacy and your desire to "Just Look." If you are already looking at single family detached homes, condominiums, multi-family homes or land in our area with another REALTORÒ and have signed a Buyer’s Agreement with that REALTORÒ, than please do not use MLS/search. Time to Move >Housing Considerations
The impending arrival of a new baby is an important catalyst for many couples to plan a move. You may need more space or prefer a larger yard or a street with less traffic. Having a baby represents a profound change in life. Your thoughts about housing suddenly begin to include considerations about schools, neighborhood playgrounds, and other families with young children.
If you plan to enlarge your family in the near future, it is a good idea to assess your real estate needs early in the planning stage. If you have a condominium or smaller house which you have to sell in order to buy a new home, talk to us about placing your current home on the market now. It could take a while for it to close, even if we find buyers relatively quickly. Most real estate agents have stories of closing attorneys bringing paperwork to the maternity ward. While this may provide witty repartee for the agent, it is not a lot of fun for the new parents trying to work out the last minute details of a major move when the baby is about to arrive.
